In our third session of the project children went out of the school to find and print sewers on a piece of white paper.
Students went out the playground of the school to find new textures. They printed them on the paper using coloured pencils and crayons. We have got very colourful textures.
We start a new project. Pupils looked for textures around the classroom and printing them into a paper using their pencils. It has been interesting to see how the textures were on their papers in a very easy way. Do you like our experimentations with textures and pencil?
In the second session of the Angelica Dass project students experienced mixing colours and they learned how to make different skin tones with paints.
Students started 2nd term and a new project in the art class. On our first session of this project, in which we will be working during 4 sessions, we took pictures of our arms. The results are amazing in order to think about the concept “skin colour”.
hildren made Christmas cards to greet their families. This year we made them using a little bit of plasticine or modelling clay and a very easy technique: coils and spirals. Merry Christmas!
Children had made a project in which they thought about the fairy tales and the roles the characters play in the stories: such as kings, queens, princes and princesses, the wolf, witches, etc. In this project they studied the artist and photographer Dina Goldstein.
